Primer Inspector Job Description:
Examines cartridge primers for defects, such as lack of powder or improperly inserted anvil. Removes faulty primers with tweezers or wax-tipped stick. May fill specially holed boards with primers, using shaker machine [Shaker-Plate Operator (ordnance)], or pour primers into boxes for transfer to subsequent operations. May use magnifying glass to examine primers.
