Service Manager Job Description:

Coordinates activities of workers in one or more service departments of automobile accessories sales-service establishment: Directs activities of workers, such as Tire Repairer (automotive ser.) and Brake Repairer (automotive ser.). Assists sales personnel in adjusting customers' service complaints. Hires, transfers, and discharges workers. Directs activities of workers engaged in testing new equipment and recommends purchase or rejection of equipment. Determines work standards and evaluates workers' performance.
